Some updates on iGiver Platform and clarification on why should anyone one support iGiver?

Now to the question of why iGiver?

First of all, we are not a fund raising platform. Our platform facilitates Non Profits on the field to get in-kind donations from Givers, who give through our retail partners. Second of all, our goal is to Celebrate Giving. Find innovative ways where you can Give and enjoy the process.

Three major points to remember are

• Easy: Low cost, In-Kind, on-line giving.
• Transparent: Funds go directly to supply partner, they ship to NGO. You get notified. We charge the retail partner a small fee to cover our costs.
• Delightful : Personal satisfaction. Almost like giving with your own hands. . Apart from your first name, No donor contact info shared.

21 Oximeters Delivered – Thank you all!

Vaishnavi Welfare and Charitable Trust (VWCT)  https://www.vaishnavitrust.org/ has been working for the past 5 years with children ages 6 to 18 suffering to alleviate Malnourishment in 9 Panchayats of Tirunelveli

We ran a campaign and lot of kind people responded. We gave them 21 Oximeters.

These oximeters will be distributed to the Public Health Centers and in turn to be used by the volunteers who will be going door to door in these panchayats to check the vitals of people.

Donate Rice – Feed nomadic tribes, tenants in resettlement areas, who don’t have ration cards!

Happy to report that we have raised 216 Kg rice or 43% of our target.  you can give even 1 KG rice.

In partnership with Aram Porul Foundation and Ambika Appalam Depot, iGiver is running a rice donation campaign, where you can give even 1 KG rice.

As the lockdown is extended in Tamil Nadu many have lost livelihood and savings. While the government has extended support to all the ration cardholders, there are many like migrants, nomadic tribes, tenants in resettlement areas, don’t have cards, are not covered. We would like to cover them as a priority group.

Give one meal serve two! – Neravu Trust is serving free meals to underprivileged people in Bengaluru! Mitti Cafe is providing the wholesome meals. Give one meal for Rs30/- Go to our campaign page and donate Give one meal!

iGiver is super thrilled to launch it’s third short campaign in Bengaluru! Its a dream team. Our beneficiary is also an NGO and our supply partner is also NGO. Therefore when you give one meal for just Rs30/- you help two NGO (Hey you can give more, check link :))
